The hardening process on this pole makes a real difference—it feels rock-solid even when I'm setting up in windy conditions. It's surprisingly light for how tough it is, and it fit my larger tent fly perfectly. Really glad I swapped out the old aluminum one.

Finally a tent pole that actually holds up in strong winds without bending. The hardened alloy really is noticeably stronger than my old aluminum poles. Sets up securely and feels rock solid.

The hardened alloy really delivers — I can feel the difference when I lift it, and it's noticeably lighter than my old pole while feeling far more rigid. Set up my tent in under five minutes with no flexing or strain, even in a bit of wind. Exactly what I wanted for the larger tältkåta.
