Hekla 30 grillgaller

Grillade grönsaker på gallret igår kväll och de fick en perfekt yta utan att brännas. Det fungerar också utmärkt som avställningsyta för att hålla kaffet varmt medan resten av maten blir klar.

Finally, coffee stays at just the right temperature on the shelf without scorching, and the grill grate fits snugly enough to feel sturdy. It slides out smoothly, so I can toast bread or keep the sauce warm while the main dish cooks. Exactly what the Hekla 30 needed.

I was worried about keeping coffee warm without it boiling, but this grill grate holds the perfect steady heat for a full morning outdoors. The stainless steel rods feel solid and the fit onto the Hekla 30 is exactly right.
